Alice Tate

Alice Gertrude Tate, age 90, of Glen Allen, Virginia, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2008 at the Elizabeth Adam Crump Manor, Glen Allen, VA. She was born July 10, 1917 in New York, NY to the late Joseph Angle and Albertine Hanson Angle. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Ransom Howard Tate, a sister, Helen Choner, and two brothers, Robert Angle and Gerard Angle. She worked in management for A & P Grocery.

She is survived by one sister, Joan Anderson and husband Richard of Tafton, PA, one brother-in-law, Doyle Tate and wife Jo of Harris, NC; and a sister-in-law, Frances Roddy and husband Curtis of Harris, NC.
