Barbara Clark Williams

Barbara Clark Williams, age 74, of Forest City, passed away Friday, March 31, 2023 at Accordius Health-Rutherford.

Barbara was born Monday, August 23, 1948 in Cleveland County to the late Leon C. Clark and Betty Clark Womack. She worked in textiles for many years and as a store clerk for the Highway 74 Junk Shop. Barbara served as a foster parent for several years. She was a member of Plainview Baptist Church and enjoyed arranging flowers, gardening and spending time outdoors. She always loved the time she spent with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Williams.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Jimmy Ray Hardin, Jr. (Donna) of Cliffside; grandchildren, Jason Hardin, John Hardin and Jessica Hardin; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Gary Clark (Nell) of Piedmont, SC; two nephews and a niece.

The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 4th at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Chaplain Bryan Melton officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
