Betty Clark

Betty Louise Clark, age 83, of Ellenboro, died Thursday, October 22, 2015 at the Fairhaven Home in Bostic.
Born February 23, 1932 in Rutherford County, she was a daughter of the late Edley Mode and Eula McDaniel Mode. Betty was a homemaker and a seamstress. She also owned and operated a "What Not Store" in Ellenboro for many years. Betty was a member of Plainview Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leon "L.C." Clark.
Survivors include her second husband, Junior Womack of Ellenboro; son, Gary Clark and wife, Ruby of Piedmont, SC; daughter, Barbara Williams and husband, Jerry of Ellenboro; sister, Shirley Hardin and brother, Joe "Doc" Mode and wife, Patsy all of Ellenboro. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Jimmy Ray Hardin, Jr., Gary Leon Clark II, Nathaniel Dearl Clark, Angela Candys Scott; eight great-grandchildren, Jessica Hardin, Merica Sky Clark, Gary Leon Clark III, Nathaniel Silas Clark, Michaela Jade Scott, Emma Grace Scott, Ally Gael Scott, Willow E. Scott and three great-great-grandchildren, Lucas Hardin, Maliya Hardin and Jason Hardin.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, October 24, 2015 in the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Marshall Dill officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
