Bobby Greene

Bobby Lee Greene, age 64 of Mooresboro, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2007 at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. He was born February 26, 1943 in Rutherford County. He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Roy Greene and a great grandson, Elijah Greene. Bobby worked for PPG for 30 years. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He loved his great-grandchildren.

Bobby is survived by his wife of 48 years, Geraldine "Cookie" Humphries Greene of the home; his mother, Phoniece Willis Greene of Henrietta; two sons, Mark Greene and wife Kathy of Henrietta and Robby Greene of Henrietta; one daughter, Karen Ingle and husband Randy of Henrietta; one brother, Gene Greene and wife Lois of Henrietta; grandchildren, Dean Ingle, Kiley Beaver, Nickie Hall, Clint Ingle, Marcus Greene, Trae Greene, Taylor Childress, and Ben Greene; two step grandchildren; four great grandchildren, Layne Beaver, Lauren Ingle, Christian Beaver, and Myra Beaver; and three step great grandchildren.
