Bruce Putman

Bruce E. Putman., age 69, of Forest City, passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at the Rutherford Regional Medical Center.
Born November 12, 1947 in Rutherford County, he was a son to the late Grover Lee Putman and Ada B. Cole Putman.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Larry Eugene Putman.
Those left to cherish his memory include his companion of twenty-nine years, Marthel Matheny; two sons, Kevin Putman, Ronnie Magers; and daughter, Tammy Putman. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Harrelson Funeral Home. Graveside services will be private.
