Camille "Richard" Francois

Camille “Richard” Francois, age 56, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center.  Richard was born Tuesday, October 6, 1964 in North Bergen, New Jersey to the late Camille Richard Francois, Sr. and Pamela Ann Bright Francois. He was a graduate of R-S Central High School, class of 1983. Richard worked as a custodian for the Rutherford County Public Schools for many years before his retirement. He was an avid student of history and enjoyed the outdoors.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Alex Goodman.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of thirty-two years, Sharon Brown Francois; son, Richard Francois III of Rutherfordton; brother, Bill Hardin (Marie) and sister, Michelle Davis (Jimmy) all of Rutherfordton; three nieces, Rebekah Greene, Kimberly Prince, Heather Bennett; nephew, William Hardin all of Rutherfordton and a great niece, Ava Murray and great nephew, Maddox Greene.

The funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Spindale Fellowship Holiness Church with Reverend Leon Brown and Bishop Tracy Martin officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the church.
