Charles Godfrey

Charles Timothy "Tim" Godfrey, age 52, of Charlotte, NC, died Thursday, April 23, 2009 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
Tim was born July 22, 1956 in Rutherford County to Charles Ray Godfrey and Jean Mitchum Godfrey Watts. He served our country in the U.S. Army and worked in maintenance for several years for Hampton Inns Inc. He was an avid stamp collector and a member of the Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his father.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Phillip Wesley Godfrey of Charlotte and his sister, Lujuanna G. Pagan and her husband, Bobby of Wendell, NC. He is also survived by a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
