Charles Skipper

Charles Glenn Skipper, age 52, of Bostic, died Friday, February 23, 2018 at his residence.
Born July 24, 1965 in Rutherford County, he was the son of the late JC Skipper and Joyce Skipper Sims. His hobby was fixing up his Mustang. He was in the process of restoring it to its former glory. He will be dearly missed by all.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joe Skipper, Cordie Skipper, Theodore Cooper and Addie Cooper.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of twenty-three years, Lisa Toney Skipper; two children, Joey Skipper and Heather Hardin Powell; one brother, James Skipper; and one sister, Lisa Epley and husband Howard. He is also survived by three grandchildren that he adored, Briana Kincaid, Emma Powell, Preston Skipper; and many other family members.
The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2018 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Jerry Ruppe officiating. Interment will follow in Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
