Chasity Putnam

Chasity Putnam, age 30, of Cliffside, passed away Monday, July 19, 2021 due to an automobile accident.  Chasity was born Wednesday, August 29, 1990 in Rutherford County to Joy Early Taylor who resides in Cliffside and the late Gary Putnam.  She worked as a Clerk for Hess/Speedway Convenience Store for several years. Chasity had a heart of love for children and always put others first.  She will be missed dearly by all who loved and knew her.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by grandparents, Jerry Early, Alexis Stephens, Sean and Margaret Putnam and an aunt, Loretta Esther Taylor.

In addition to her loving mother, those left to cherish her memory include her father, Tommy Taylor (Miranda) of Harris; companion, Morgan Keeter; siblings, Heather Nicole Van Vaerenbergh (Phillip), Ryan Thomas Taylor, Zachary Thomas Dean Taylor (Ashley Varney), Thomas Taylor (Autumn Moore), Brandon Smith, Charley Sain and Sean Paul Carter; grandparents, George Thomas Taylor, Sr. and Janice Waugh Taylor of Forest City, Trudy Francher of Hendersonville, Larry Stephens of Cliffside; uncles, Jerry Dean Earley, John Michael Earley, Aaron Taylor (Crystal), Jackie Putnam (Joy) and aunts, Shellene Johannes (Richard), Robin Powell and a host of extended family members and friends.

A funeral ceremony to celebrate Chasity’s life will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Friday, July 23, 2021 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Ted Blankenship officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
