Christina Queen

Christina Diane Queen, age 23, of Henrietta passed away Thursday, November 13, 2014 at UNC Hospitals-Chapel Hill.
Born September 10, 1991 in Rutherford County, she was the daughter of Angela Craig Hudson and Hank Queen. Christina was a 2010 graduate of Chase High School and attended Isothermal Community College. Christina was a member of Faith Praise and Worship Center in Forest City.
She was preceded in death her grandfathers, Donnie Craig and Robert Queen Sr.
Survivors include her grandparents, Lois and Roy Johnston of Henrietta, and Alma Queen of Rutherfordton; mother, Angela Hudson of Forest City; father, Hank Queen of Rutherfordton; sister, Brooke Queen of Rutherfordton; brothers, Bryan Queen, Noah Queen, and Dillon Cooper all of Rutherfordton; uncles, Steven Craig of Henrietta, Brent Craig and wife Lisa of Shiloh, Dustin Craig and wife Amanda of Shiloh, Robert Queen Jr. and wife Sue of Waynesville; aunts, Audrey Self and husband Danny of Rutherfordton, Tina Jenkins and husband Robbie of Waynesville; fiancé, Dazel Morrow of Rutherfordton; and numerous cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at the Faith Praise and Worship Center with Pastor Mark Lattimore Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at Eternal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
