David Hall

David Hall, age 55, of Forest City, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills.

David was born Sunday, October 15, 1967 in Rutherford County to Joe Hall who resides in Forest City and to the late Carolyn Lowery Hall.  He was a graduate of Chase High School, class of 1985 and earned a bachelor’s degree from Gardner-Webb University in 1989. David worked at Hickory Log BBQ for several years and for the Rutherford County Tax Office for fifteen years. He was a past member of Floyd’s Creek Baptist Church. David was an avid reader and an accomplished photographer.

In addition to his father, survivors include his uncle, Don Lowery and aunt, Helen Lowery both of Forest City; seven cousins and several special friends.

A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Thursday, August 17^th at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Mr. Eric Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
