David L. Craft, age 74, of Ellenboro, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at his residence.
David was born November 11, 1946 in Letcher County, Kentucky to the late Willie Jack Craft and Ellen Mae Saylor Craft. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and worked for AGI for forty-four years before retirement. He was a faithful member of The Epicenter and enjoyed woodworking and restoring cars.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Richard, Lonnie and Robert Craft, Helen Ancheta and Delores Radinz.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of fifty-four years, Linda Craft; son, Trevis Craft (Pam) of Ellenboro; two daughters, Sandy Craft Henson (Jason) of Cowpens, SC and Davina Craft Shade of Ellenboro; two sisters, Mary Stamper of Forest City and Janice Fleming of Pekin, Indiana; brother, Danny Craft of Forest City; six grandchildren, Rebecca Parker, Kasey Gilbert, Lexi Green, Kenzie Gilbert, Samantha Craft and Devin Henson; five great-grandchildren, Mason Parker, Lyric Gilbert, Jaylee Riley, Charlee Riley and Axel Greene.
A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 pm on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Joseph Dutton and Reverend Sam Henderson officiating. The family will receive friends an hour before service time at the funeral home.
