Debbie Kennedy Mealor

Debbie Kennedy Mealor, age 66, of Bostic, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at her residence.

Debbie was born Thursday, February 16, 1956 in Elkhart, Indiana to the late Jerry L. Kennedy and Barbara Jean Cormican Kennedy. She was a dedicated homemaker and enjoyed fishing. Debbie also enjoyed traveling was always ready for the next trip. She loved animals and a was a supporter of those who cared for them.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jon Clifford Mealor and a son, Michael Jerry Kennedy.

Left to cherish fond memories are her son, Matthew Wayne Kennedy of Stafford, Virginia; a grandson, Michael Holden Kennedy of Spindale; sisters, Dawn Kennedy of Bostic and Danette Barber (Mark) of Bostic and brothers, Steven Kennedy (Angela) of Rutherfordton and Burton Kennedy (Shawna) of Edwardsburg, Michigan.

A celebration of Debbie’s life will be held on a date to be announced.
