Denise Lee

Denise Hughes Lee, age 54, of 1435 Old US Highway 74, Ellenboro, NC, died Friday, April 2, 2010 at her residence.
Denise was born on March 7, 1956 in Cleveland County, NC to Fred Hughes and Katherine Owens Hughes of Shelby, NC. She was a 2005 graduate of Isothermal Community College and attended Golden Valley Missionary Methodist Church. She worked for Kemet Electronics as a machine operator for several years. She enjoyed latch hooking, reading her bible and her pets. She was an avid animal lover.
She was preceded in death by a step-granddaughter, Sarah Graybill.
She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Dennis Lee; two daughters, Shannon Lovelace and husband, Steven, of Ellenboro and Amy Willard and husband, Stephen, of Forest City; two step-daughters, Sylvia Graybill and husband, Rusty, and Michelle Garrett both of Forest City; two sisters, Karen Willard and husband, Terry, of Forest City and Debbie Wood and husband, Bryan, of Clermont, FL. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
