Doug Gofroth

Doug Goforth, age 54, of Henrietta, died Thursday, July 23, 2009 at his residence. He was born in Cleveland County to Russell James Goforth and Ellen Lucille Pruett Goforth on July 23, 1955. He was self-employed and worked as an auto body technician. He enjoyed NASCAR, fishing and especially spending time with his granddaughter. He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his father.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his two sons, Jason Goforth and Clint Goforth both of Bostic; one daughter, Ashley Parris also of Bostic; his granddaughter, Kade Mae Chapman; two brothers, Ronnie Goforth of Henrietta and Jeff Goforth of Charlotte and by several nieces and nephews.
