Elizabeth Sykes

Elizabeth 'Beth' Sykes, age 54, of Ohio Street, Spindale, NC, died Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Hospice House.
Beth was born June 25, 1957 in Woodbury, New Jersey to the late Raymond F. Klingler and Celia Stevens Klingler. She was a graduate of Pemberton Township High School, class of 1975. She worked as a legal secretary for William Emmett Sitzler Esquire Law Firm for 19 years and as a unit secretary for Burlington County Memorial Hospital for several years. She was a member of Main Street Baptist Church and an avid student of American History and Culture. She enjoyed landscaping and gardening.
Survivors include her husband of 35 years, David L. Sykes; two sisters, Valerie Klingler of South Hampton, N.J. and Barbara Dunphy of Delran, N.J.; one brother, Stephen Klingler of Columbus, NC; mother in-law, Betty Sykes of Mt. Holly, NJ: sister and brother in-law, Lynn and Casey Noble of Hainesport; several cousins and a wonderful church family.
