Flora Cole

Flora Ibera Cole, age 82, of Forest City, NC, died Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at Oakland Living Center.
Ibera was born February 4, 1930 in Rutherford County, NC to the late Frank Allen and Ola Mae Harrill Allen. She worked for Tanner Industries as a sewing supervisor for many years before her retirement. She was a member of Goodes Creek Baptist Church and loved going to the lake and spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Birl Cole; one son Rodger Cole and grandson, Rodger Burl Cole.
Survivors include one son, Richard Dee Cole and wife, Judy of Ellenboro; one brother, Bobby Allen and wife, Janie of Myrtle Beach, SC. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Kym Sanders, Angie Bridges, Jason Cole, Phillip Cole, James Cole, Jon Cole and seven great grandchildren.
