Fred Arrowood

Fred Arrowood, 'Jr.', age 72, of Old Henrietta Road, Forest City, NC, died Monday, November 14, 2011 at his residence.
Jr. was born April 16, 1939 in Rutherford County, NC to the late Fred Arrowood, Sr. and Edna Harris Arrowood. He worked in construction most of his life and was of the Holiness faith. He enjoyed going to flea markets and helping his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Frances Baynard, Judy Carol and a granddaughter, Amber Renea Arrowood.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Sybile Burgess Arrowood; one daughter, Patricia Arrowood Jones and husband, Scott of Forest City; three sons, Jerry Dean Arrowood, John Arrowood 'J.J' and Phillip Arrowood all of Forest City; two brothers, Billy Ray Arrowood of Kings Mountain and David Arrowood of Winston-Salem. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
