Harley Adair

Harley Daniel Adair, age 59, of Forest City, died Sunday, August 9, 2009 at his residence.
Harley was born January 24, 1950 in Rutherford County to the late Grady Samuel Adair and Nora Campbell Adair. He served our country in the US Army and was a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a man who enjoyed being with his family and friends and who loved people. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Ray Adair.
Survivors include his son, Colin Adair and his wife, Victoria, of Ellenboro; his daughter, Stacy Adair Rogers and her husband, Clay, of Tallahassee, FL; two brothers, Gerry Adair and his wife, Beth, of Union Mills and Mike Adair and his wife, Gail, of Forest City; two sisters, Judy Ross and her husband, Jack, and Linda Mayse and her husband Roger, all of Forest City. He is also survived by two grandsons, Alex Jackson and Samuel Adair and by several nieces and nephews.
