Ivan Terry

Ivan Cole Terry, infant son of Tristen Taylor and Gary Terry, Jr., who live in Forest City, went home to be with his heavenly Father on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Atrium Health-Cleveland in Shelby.

Even though Ivan’s life on this earth was brief, the impression he left on the hearts of those who loved him will last forever.

Ivan was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandmother, Carolyn Smith and maternal great-grandfather, Donald Snyder.

In addition to his parents, those left to cherish Ivan’s memory is a brother, Grayson Taylor of the home; maternal grandparents, Keith and Lori Mitchell of Forest City; paternal grandparents, Brian and Stephanie Benton of Casar, NC; maternal great-grandparents, Ann Snyder of Rutherfordton and Steve and Kathy Lindsey of Forest City; paternal great-grandparents, Ted Smith of Newton, NC and Ricky and Joann Purnell of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

No formal services will be conducted.
