Jane Callahan Bezold

Jane Callahan Bezold, age 69, of Rutherfordton, passed away Friday, December 6, 2024 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills.

Jane was born Tuesday, April 19, 1955 in Rutherford County to the late J.C. Callahan and Hilda Guffey Callahan. She was a graduate of R-S Central High School, class of 1973. Jane was a dedicated homemaker and loved taking care of her family. She was also an avid cat lover. Jane attended Second Baptist Church in Rutherfordton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Callahan and sister, Martha Ruff.

Those left to treasure her memory include her husband of forty-three years, David Bezold; brother, June Callahan of Rutherfordton and a sister, Bobbie Johnson of Forest City.
