Mr. Jerry Robert Sisk, age 48, of Henrietta Street Extension Caroleen, NC passed away Thursday, November 02, 2006 at his home after an extended illness. . Jerry was the son of the late Boyd Robert Sisk and Evelyn Horne Sisk. He was born in Rutherford County, November 3, 1957.

Jerry is survived by his longtime companion, Karen Rhymer and a nephew, Robert Sisk and an aunt, Mildred Ledbetter.
