Jessica Sandlin

Jessica Champion Sandlin, age 22, of 109 Arnold Drive, Mooresboro, NC passed away Sunday, September 9, 2007 at the Rutherford Hospital. She was born March 30, 1985 in Rutherfordton, NC. Jessica grew up in Forest City and was a 2003 graduate of East Rutherford High School. She had previously worked at Wal-Mart and Kmart as a cashier. She married Robert Sandlin on October 11, 2006 in Forest City. Jessica loved to sew and she loved her cats.

In addition to her husband, Robert Sandlin of the home, she is survived by her parents, Jerry and Helen Suttles Champion of Forest City; a brother, A. J. Champion of Forest City; one sister, Cynthia Calhoun of Bostic, NC; her paternal grandparents, Ace & Bardee Champion of Forest City and maternal grandmother, Ruby Laughter of Rutherfordton, NC
