Jimmy England

Jimmy England, age 59, of Rutherford County, passed away September 1, 2021 at his residence.

Jimmy was born Sunday, April 1, 1962 in Rutherford County to the Carolyn Hensley Lawson who resides in Ellenboro and the late Bill Albert England. He worked in the tree service industry for many years, most recently for Asplundh Tree Service. Jimmy also worked as an auto mechanic for several years. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed working on cars.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Cathy England.

Besides his mother, those left to cherish his memory include his son, Rusty Kyle England (Shelby Carter) of Mill Spring; stepfather, Charles Lawson of Ellenboro; brother, Terry England (Leanne) of Boiling Springs, NC; sister, Janice England of Ellenboro; three grandchildren, Kylee Marie England, Iris Rayne England and Magnolia Rayne England.

The funeral service will be conducted at 6:00 pm on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Chad Sisk officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
