Jimmy Rhodes, age 60, of Henrietta, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021 at Atrium Health-Cleveland in Shelby. Jimmy was born Wednesday, July 19, 1961 in Buncombe County, NC to the late Charles Rhodes and Frances Ramsey Rhodes. He worked for Sanitary Plumbing Contractors as a foreman for over thirty years. Jimmy enjoyed doing mechanic work and was an outdoorsman. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Jimmy was of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charlie Rhodes and a nephew, Logan Rhodes.
Those left to cherish his memory is his wife of forty-four years, Pam Rhodes; daughter, Amanda Teseniar (Dustin Vickers) of Forest City; son, Jason Rhodes of Henrietta; “adopted” daughter, Ginna Ray of Noble, Oklahoma; brother, Joe Rhodes of Henrietta; sister Annette Hope (Joey) of Shelby; grandchildren, Eva Ray, Emory Ray, Timmy Teseniar (Brentlee); great-granddaughter, Sophie Teseniar and a special nephew, Leonard Coffey (Crissy) of Forest City.
A private celebration of life for the family will be held on a later date.
