Joan Ray

Joan Lewis Ray, age 61, of Ellenboro, died Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Rutherford Hospital.
A native of Forsythe County she was born June 4, 1948 to the late Joseph Pierce Lewis and Ruby Wilson Baugess. Joan loved working with children. She worked at the Little Red School for 14 years.
She is survived by three daughters Ginna Ray of Ellenboro, Jennifer Capps of Oklahoma and Dawn Ray of Ellenboro; one son Jerry Ray of Ellenboro; one brother Steve Lewis of Plantation, Florida; six grandchildren.
