Johnny Bradley

Johnny 'John Boy' Bradley, age 35, of Nehemiah Drive, Forest City, NC passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at his home. He was born December 31, 1972 in Rutherford County. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sam Stevenson Burgess and Molly Evygine Burgess, a grandpa James Walter Bradley and a nephew, Samuel Bradley. He worked as a construction worker. He loved camping and building things with his hands. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Van Deventer and husband Ross of Forest City, NC; his father, Johnny Harrison Bradley, Sr., of Spruce Pine, NC; three sons, Justin Dean Silvers of Forest City, NC, Johnathan Bradley of Shelby, NC, and Joseph Bradley of Asheville, NC; two daughters, Elizabeth Bradley of Shelby, NC and Starla Bradley of Asheville, NC; one brother, Michael Bradley and wife Eunice of Chesnee, SC; two sisters, Mary Ann Head and husband Raymond of Chesnee, SC and Tracy Carkees and husband Alan of Henrietta, NC; his grandmother, Inez Sims of Spindale, NC and several aunts and uncles.
