Josh Morrow

Josh Morrow, age 26, of Forest City, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2023 at his residence.

Josh was born Monday, December 9, 1996 in Rutherford County to Jeff and Donna Morrow who reside in Forest City. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, mustang cars and riding motorcycles. Josh worked in various local sawmills as a forklift driver most of his adult life and was of the Missionary Methodist faith. He had a heart of gold and was always willing to help others. Josh was known by everyone as a hard worker.   

     He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lloyd and Mary Morrow and Charles and Dorothy Evans and by a special aunt, Gloria Jean Morrow.

     In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory are his brother, Alan Morrow (Lori) of Forest City; sisters, Heather Wishon (Caleb) and Brittney Cook (Joseph) of Ellenboro; four nieces, two nephews, several aunts and uncles which include a special aunt and uncle, Crystal and Max Phillips of Forest City.

     The funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Thursday, June 15^th at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Chad Sisk officiating. Interment will follow in the Morrow Curve Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm on Wednesday at the funeral home.
