Joyce Norville

Joyce Jones Norville, age 80, of Hudlow Road, Forest City, NC died Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at Mission Hospitals, Asheville, NC. Joyce was born December 30, 1931 in Rutherford County to the late James C. Jones and Myrtle Queen Brown. She was retired from Fiber Industries and was a member of Sheppard's Chapel. Joyce loved doing things for her family and helping others. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mable Mann and a granddaughter, Brandi Oberstaller.

Joyce is survived by her husband, Gene Morgan, of Forest City, NC; three sons, Barry Bright (Pam) of Forest City, NC, Scott Bright (Tammy) of Huntersville, NC and Danny Bright of the home; two daughters, Rhonda Oberstaller (Hubert) of Spartanburg, SC and Alanna Woods of Kings Mountain, NC; one brother, Bill Jones of Forest City, NC and two sisters, Louise Walker and Jean Smith, both of Forest City, NC; seven grandchildren, Stephen Bright, Sevin Bright, Sharra Hackett, Eli Bright, Micalah Bright, Hannah Bright, and Jeanna Oberstaller, six great grandchildren, Hayden McBrayer, Maggie McBrayer, Tucker Hackett, Cora Bright, Sabie Bright, and Samuel Bright, and numerous nieces and nephews.
