Judy Watson

Judy Kay Watson, age 71, of Rutherfordton, died Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Mission Hospital in Asheville.
Born September 12, 1943 in Rutherford County, she was a daughter of the late Bryson Henderson and Gladys Roach Henderson. She worked for Carolina Community Care and Rutherford Hospital in home health care for many years. Judy also worked in textiles as a seamstress. She attended Spindale Fellowship Holiness Church and enjoyed being a hard worker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her great grandmother and care giver in her growing up years, Ila Henderson; infant son, Johnny Kevin Crow; two sisters, Johnnie Phillips and Rachel Hodge.
Survivors include two sons, Dale Crow and wife, Naomi of Indian Trail, NC and Tracy Crowe and wife, Tracy Ann of Monroe, NC; daughter, Angel Wellborn of Forest City; ten grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at two o'clock on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Leon Brown and Reverend Roger Hudgins officiating. Interment will follow in Broad River Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the church.
