Katherine Earls

Katherine 'Kitty' Earls, age 75, of Caroleen, NC, died Friday, January 27, 2012 at her residence.
Katherine was born April 24, 1936 in Rutherford County, NC to the late Jennings Bryan Harrill and Ruth Bagwell Harrill. She worked for Cone Mills for many years and was a Methodist. She enjoyed collecting dolls, plates and going to bingo. She loved her family dearly.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Forest 'Hank' Earls.
Survivors include three daughters, Teressa Arrowood of Henrietta, Margaret Short and fianc', Scott Shires of Spindale and Kathy New and husband, Tommy of Pendergraff, Ga.; one brother, Michael Harrill of Rutherfordton; one sister, Jenny Ruth Hoyle of Shelby. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
