Kevin Hoover

Kevin Hoover, age 59, of Rutherfordton, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at his home.

Kevin was born Thursday, November 4, 1965 in Boyle County, Kentucky to the late George A. Carpenter and Phyllis Ann Land Hoover. He was a graduate of Pojoaque High School, class of 1983. Kevin worked for Copper Penny Restaurant in Rutherfordton for several years. He was a member of Chase Baptist Church. Kevin was a more than an avid collector of Superman and Santa Claus memorabilia.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Allen Hoover.

Left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Arlene Hoover of Nolanville, Texas, Alan Hoover (Melissa) of Henrietta and Vivian Parker (Tim) of Henrietta; nephews, Allen Parker, David Hoover (Sandra) and nieces, Jennifer Parker (Josh) and Sara Hoover.

 A private celebration of Kevin’s life will be held for family and friends.
