Kimberly Horseman

Kimberly Dawn Mode Horseman, age 34, of Forest City, NC, died Monday November 14, 2011 at Hospice House.
Kimberly was born on October 11, 1977 in Rutherford County, NC to Tommy Mode and Cathy Edwards Smith. She worked for Fairfield Mountain Resort in Lake Lure for several years and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Mooresboro. She loved art work, especially drawing and painting.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Tom Mode, Sr. and grandmother, Betty Edwards.
She is survived by her mother, Cathy Smith and husband, Jim of Rutherfordton; her father, Tommy Mode of Cliffside; one sister, Crystal Smith of Forest City; step-sister, Lisa Stanley of Hickory; step-brother, Jim Smith, Jr. of Fredericksburg, VA; grandmother, Dorothy Mode of Cliffside; grandfather, John Edwards of Ellenboro. She is also survived by a niece, Amber Smith and nephew, Jeff Smith.
