Leeland Grey Moore

Leeland Grey Moore, infant son of Chris Moore, Jr. and McKala Fowler both of Forest City, became one of God’s little angels on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.

Even though his time on earth was brief, he made a lasting impact on so many and will be forever loved by those who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Kathy Goforth.

In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory include maternal grandparents, Terry and Kim Fowler of Spartanburg; maternal great-grandparents, Mike and Renee Greenlee of Forest City and Terry Fowler of Spartanburg; paternal, grandparents, Chris Moore, Sr. (Pamela Cabiness) of Forest City, Melessia Moore (Alan Holycross II) of Ellenboro and Matthew Tallent of Winston-Salem; paternal great-grandparents, Kenny and Joyce Tallent of Cliffside, Joyce Pruitt of Mooresboro and Deborah Anderson of Ellenboro. He is also survived by God Parents, Daniel Valdez and Kaylee Ward both of Forest City along with a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

A celebration of life gathering will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 pm on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Harrelson Funeral Home.
