Lisa Splawn

Lisa Jill Splawn, age 66, of Forest City, NC passed away Thursday, March 3, 2022 at her residence.

Lisa was born Monday, August 29, 1955 in Rutherford County to the late Odell Splawn and Irene Morrow Splawn.  She graduated East Rutherford High in 1974.  Lisa was a history buff. She was of the Baptist faith.  Lisa loved her family, and she loved all animals.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Splawn.

Those left to cherish her memory are two sisters, Nancy Splawn, Lauren Yelton (Mike); nephews, James Splawn (Joeli), John Splawn (Allison), Joe Splawn (Brittney) and Will Yelton; a niece, Anna Yelton, great nieces, Liz Splawn, McKiah Splawn; great nephews Zach Splawn, Adam Splawn and Callan Splawn.

The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Tonya Garrison officiating.  Interment will follow in the Alexander Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
