Mark Morrow

Mark Morrow, age 50, of Forest City, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021 due to a motor vehicle accident.

Mark was born Friday, December 4, 1970 in Rutherford County to Scott Russell Morrow who resides in Forest City and the late Wilma Moss Morrow. He worked for West Rock Industries for several years and enjoyed riding motorcycles, working on cars, camping, fishing and listening to music.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Teri Lynn Morrow.

Besides his father, those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Dixie O’Dell Morrow; two sons, Brent Morrow of Forest City and Harley Morrow of Colorado; daughter, Brittany Shlutow (Brian) of Forest City; brother, Scottie Morrow (Ann) of Mooresboro and a sister, Latisha Champion (Ronald) of Forest City. He is also survived by half-sister, Rachel Alley; four stepchildren; one grandchild and several nephews and a niece.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at the Morrow Curve Cemetery off of Bridges Drive in Forest City.
