Marvin Wease

Marvin Ray Wease, age 72, of 2579 Harris-Henrietta Road, Henrietta, NC met Jesus on October 30, 2008. A native of Cleveland County, Marvin wed the love of his life, Rueleen Wells Wease of 51 years, in 1957 and moved to Henrietta in Rutherford County after living in Shelby for 15 years. He was a member of Henrietta Revival Center. His career was in the textile industry working for JC Cowan, supervising several plants in Cleveland County and eventually owning and operating his own business, W&B Yarn. He is an honored member of the Cambridge Who's Who Registry of Executives, Professionals, and Entrepreneurs for 2008-2009. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anderson L. and Rixie A. Wease and two brothers, Clyde Wease and Leroy Wease.
In addition to his wife Rueleen, Marvin is survived by a sister, Jeanette Drewery of Shelby, four sons, Tommy Wease (Jenny) of Henrietta, Mike Wease (Carolyn) of Forest City, Dale Wease (Kim) of Cliffside, and Jerry Wease of Henrietta; nine grandchildren, Amanda Wease, Chris Wease, Kim Wease Mode, Jason Wease, John Wease, Landon Clark, Tori Wease Radford, Nathan Wease, and Rebekah Wease; four great grandchildren, Kensley Mode, Kaidan Wease, Keagan Mode, and Braxton Radford, and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
