Melanie Brooke Rice Csukker

Melanie Brooke Rice Csukker, age 40, of Forest City, passed away Saturday, December 9, 2023 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center.

Melanie was born Saturday, October 8, 1983 in Rutherford County to Angela Horn Jackson who resides in Henrietta and to the late Ricky Rice. She enjoyed working on all kinds of crafts, painting, crocheting and coloring. She was a fan of Horror movies and enjoyed eating double cheeseburgers with extra bacon. Melanie was a cat lover and enjoyed anything to do with the ocean. She loved taking care of her family and was a dedicated homemaker.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Harley and Cody Rice.

Besides her mother, those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Joshua Csukker; daughter, Dakota Rayne Rice Csukker of the home; stepmother, Wendi Burke (Jerry) of Forest City; stepfather, Terry Jackson; stepchildren, Austin, Kristina and Allyson Csukker; a step-grandchild, Oliver Csukker; brother, Jonathon Sheldon (Monica) of Cliffside; stepsister, Tanya Jackson of Henrietta; four stepbrothers and numerous nieces and nephews.

 A visitation will be conducted from 6:00 until 8:00 pm on Thursday, December 14^th at Harrelson Funeral Home.
