Minnie Honeycutt

Minnie Lee Jones Honeycutt, age 91, of Chase Community, died Sunday, October 2, 2011 at Hospice House.
Minnie was born July 7, 1920 in Rutherford County, NC to the late Cicero Jones and Della Lovelace Jones. She was a longtime member of Goodes Creek Baptist Church where she faithfully served her Lord. She was a homemaker who loved her family dearly.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Pasco G. Honeycutt; four brothers, Ernest Jones, Myles Jones, Vernon Jones, Howard Jones; three sisters, Verdie Jones, Bessie Epley and Mary Russell.
She is survived by two sons Kenneth Wyman Honeycutt and wife, Diane and Robert Keith Honeycutt and wife Janet all of Chase Community; one sister, Carrie Hensley of Charlotte; one brother in-law, C.H. Russell also of Charlotte; three grandchildren, Heather Dominguez and husband, Tony, Vicki Adair and husband Colin, Duane Honeycutt and wife Erin of Black Mountain; two step-grandchildren, Keith Scruggs and wife Kelly and Carla Page and husband Doug. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, Kelsey Goode, Megan Dominguez, Alex Jackson, Sam Adair, Gabe Honeycutt, Sierra Honeycutt; four step-great grandchildren, Keith Scruggs II, Katie Scruggs, Kristian Scruggs and Lauren White.
