Nathan Bradley, age 57, of Spindale, died Saturday, March 26, 2016 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.
Born June 26, 1958 in Rutherford County, he was a son to the late Mary Kate Bradley Childers. He served in the U.S. Army and worked as a linesman for Pike Electric for twenty years. Nathan was a member of Father's Vineyard and enjoyed fishing, hunting, motorcycles, working on cars and woodworking. He was known for his sense of humor and his love for his family.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Evie Rea Boone Bradley and one son, Joshua Lee Bradley.
Survivors include his loving wife, Debra Allen Bradley; three daughters, Amy Bradley Stanley and husband, Perry of Ellenboro, Amanda Christine Bradley of the Chase Community and Belinda Aislinn Bradley of Spindale; one son, Vincent Jeremiah Bradley also of Spindale; two step-daughters, Carissa Edington and husband, Bobby of Ohio and Amber Dunn of Texas; step-son, James Arthur Pannell and wife, Tammy of Locust, NC; two sisters, Beverly Bernard and husband, Thomas of Rutherfordton and Sarah Teresa Childers of East Waterboro, Maine; brother, Phillip Paul Childers of Gilkey. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and numerous cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend John Mitchell officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Spindale City Cemetery following the services.
