Patricia Smith

Patricia Ann Campbell Smith, age 66, of Ellenboro, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2007 at Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory, NC following an extended illness.
She was born on March 13, 1941 in Rutherford County to the late Daniel Howard Campbell and Myrtle Lackey Campbell. She grew up in the Caroleen area and graduated from Ellenboro High School. She had worked as a machine operator in the textile industry. She was Baptist in faith. She was preceded in death by her husband Theodore Roosevelt Smith in 1999.

She is survived by her four sons, Ted Smith and wife Kim, Steven Smith, Chad Smith, and Brad Smith all of Ellenboro; two daughters, Gloria Mosier of Casar, NC and Lori Piercy and husband James of Mooresboro, NC; two brothers Earl Campbell of Spindale, NC, and Bill Campbell, of Forest City; four sisters, Mildred Bradley of Forest City, Nina King of Forest City, Mittie Rumfelt of Forest City and Sue Bostic of Bostic. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Zane Mosier, Angel Mosier, Christopher Smith, Christy Smith, Jordan Piercy, Ashley Tipton, Kristy Tipton, and Daniel Hoyle and her mother-in-law of Artie S. Smith.
