Patsy Cook

Patsy Carswell Cook, age 80, of Mooresville, NC, died Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills.
Patsy was born October 24, 1937 in Rutherford County to the late Daisy Bivens Martin and Roscoe Carswell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Tonya Blanton; one grandson, Eddie Clint Jennings; a daughter-in-law, Debbie Jennings; and all her brothers and sisters.
Those left to cherish his memory include her loving husband of thirty-five years, Larry Cook; two sons, Michael Jennings and Eddie Jennings. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Stacy Goode, Shelly Jarrard, Tasha Vickers, Chad Jennings; eleven great-grandchildren, Darious Marcengill, Ava Goode, Allison Jarrard, Zayden Lowery, Neely Reed, Joshua Vickers, Madison Jennings, McKinley Jennings, Shelby Davidson, Ferrin Jennings, Brooklyn Blanton and one great-great-grandson, Tyler Scoggins.
The funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Sam Henderson officiating. Interment will follow the service at Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service time at the funeral home.
