Richard "Heart" Couch

Richard “Heart” Couch, age 64, of Forest City, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2020 at his residence.

Heart was born April 26, 1956 in Perry County, Kentucky to the late Wallace “Tubby” Gene Couch and Charlene Fields Couch. He was a graduate of Carr Creek High School in Kentucky and was of the Baptist faith. Heart was a self-employed handyman most of his life. He was an avid fisherman and a loyal fan of Kentucky Wildcat Basketball.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of twenty-five years, Jean Couch; daughter, Kitty Michele Norris (Lance) of Kings Mountain; three grandchildren, Kathryn Norris, Samantha Jenkins and Brandon Jenkins. He is also survived by three brothers, Frankie, David and Chris Fields and a sister, Hilda Pierce.

In honor of the family's request, no formal services will be conducted.
