Ricky Silvers

Ricky Lee Silvers, age 49, of Morganton, NC, died February 26, 2009 at Grace Hospital. A native of Rutherford County, he was a son of the late Lawrence Silvers and Lois Whisnant Ward. He enjoyed listening to music and had worked in textiles as a loom fixer.
Survivors include his brother, Randy Silvers of Forest City; two sisters, Chris Silvers of Forest City and Tamela Silvers of Rowan County; one Aunt, Gloria Bryant of Mooresboro; one uncle, Bobby Whisnant of Caroleen and three nieces, Randi Silvers, Stacy Jennings and Shelley Jennings.
A private memorial service will be planned at a later date.
