Robert Frazier

Robert L. Frazier, age 90, of the Danieltown Community, died Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center.
Robert was born on July 19, 1921 in Rutherford County, NC to the late Floyd Frazier and Carrie Kennedy Frazier. He was a veteran of the US Army Air Corps and Infantry and served our country during World War II. He worked for Burlington Industries for 38 years and Regtrol for several years before his retirement. He was one of the oldest living members of Henrietta First Baptist Church. Robert also enjoyed woodworking.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his wife of 52 years, Dorothy Eddings Frazier and one brother, Melvin Frazier.
Survivors include one daughter, Linda Frazier Cole and husband, David of Forest City; one son, Larry Frazier and wife, Denise of Spindale; five grandchildren, David Cole, Jr., Dewayne Cole, Andeena Cole Torvinen, Jennifer Frazier Toney and John Frazier; five great-grandchildren, Kaylan Hampton, Deanna Cole, Ava Grace Torvinen, Anna Faith Torvinen and Allison Hope Torvinen.
