Robert Leverett

Robert Lee Leverett, Jr., age 45, of Rutherfordton, NC, died Sunday, March 9, 2014 at his residence.
Born May 26, 1968 in Rutherford County, NC, he was the son of Robert Lee Leverett, Sr. and Carol Robbins Leverett who reside in Rutherfordton. Robert worked in textiles for many years and also as a truck driver for several years. He was a Baptist. Robert was an avid golfer and enjoyed woodworking.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Fowler of Forest City; son, Wes Leverett of Cliffside; sister, Kim Mode and husband, Rodney of Rutherfordton and two grandchildren, Ethan and Kadience Fowler.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Bob Philbeck officiating. Interment will follow in Holly Springs Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
