Robert Michael Moon Sr., 51, of Mooresboro, died Sunday July 26, 2009 at his residence. A native of Aiken, SC, he was the son of the late Clarence Marvin Moon Jr. and Willie Mae Standridge Moon. Mr. Moon worked as a painter in the manufacturing industry.
He is survived by two sons Robert Michael Moon Jr. and Steven Appleton; one daughter Maria Estella Moon; one step-daughter Kathy Leann McCoy; one brother Clarence Marvin Moon IV; two sisters Debra Moon Johns and Barbara Moon Bonner; four grandchildren and a life-long friend Rita McCoy.
