Robert Morrow

Robert Lewis Morrow, age 77, of Birdsong Lane, Forest City, NC, died Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Spartanburg Regional Hospital.
Robert was born on December 18, 1934 in Rutherford County, NC to the late Commodore Dewey Morrow and Sarah Odester Banning Morrow. He worked for Milliken Mills for over 43 years before his retirement and was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. He enjoyed gardening, yard work and spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Michael Scott Morrow and Robert Lewis Morrow, Jr.; one brother, Earl Morrow and a great-grandson, Elijah Garcia.
Survivors include four daughters, Sarah Morrow of Forest City, Robin Wilson and husband, James of Rutherfordton, Rhonda Morrow of Rutherfordton and Meda Morrow of Forest City; one sister, Mary Taylor of Spindale. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Joshua White, Jennifer Moore, Jessica Garcia, Jared Garcia; five great grandchildren, Diamond Moore, Jessica Quintero, Chloe Moore, Neveah Quintero, Randy Quintero and several nieces and nephews.
