Ronald Cole

Ronald Dupree Cole, Sr., age 66, of 254 Cone Street, Caroleen, NC, died Friday, March 20, 2009 at his residence.
A native of Rutherford County, he was a son of the late Addie Bostic Cole, Sr. and Louise Blackburn Cole. He was a textile worker and a mechanic. He also enjoyed western movies and collecting clocks and guns.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Addie Bostic Cole, Jr. and Max Cole.
Survivors include his wife, Diane Coffey Cole; two daughters, Becky Cole and her fianc', Justin Byers of Mooresboro and Phyllis Cole and her long time companion, Joe Bristol, of Forest City; five sons, Ronald Cole, Jr. and his wife Renee of Ellenboro, Tim Cole and his fianc'′, Diane Sluder of Caroleen, Clint Cole of Caroleen, Gary Cole and his wife Elizabeth of Mooresboro and Barry Cole and his wife Christie of Mooresboro; fifteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
