Sybil Rausch

Sybil Dobbins Rausch, age 77, of Main Street, Forest City, NC, died Friday, January 13, 2012 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.
Sybil was born on August 27, 1934 in Rutherford County, NC to the late Hoyle Dobbins and Ollie Davis Dobbins. She had worked for Stonecutter Mill, A & E Manufacturing and Tipton's Retirement Home. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Bostic and enjoyed watching Duke Basketball and Atlanta Braves Baseball.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Jeanette Gibson, Hazel Bailey, Modene Dobbins and three brothers, J.D. Dobbins, Wilbur Dobbins and Earl Dobbins.
Survivors include two sisters, Aileen D. Cooper and Susan D. Cooper; two brothers, Harold Dobbins and Michael Dobbins all of Forest City. She is also survived by one grandson, Hunter Jolley of Polk County and numerous nieces and nephews.
